• All Collector’s Cache items require being friends for 30 days before I can send them.

Transaction Process:

1. Place order for item

2. Leave your friend code (can be found via Steam → Add Friend or in-game → click on your avatar)

3. Add Steam friend

4. Gift will be sent after 30 days (orders shipped in order of placement; only 8 gifts can be sent per day)

Shipping Time:
Due to the limit of 8 gift sends per day:

• New customers: 30–35 days for shipment

• Returning customers: 1–7 days for shipment
  (For non-latest Collector’s Cache items, they may be on a different account and require an additional 30-day friend period)
